I don’t know about you but all my happy memories feel like they happened on sunny days even if that’s not how it actually went down. It’s likely it wasn’t at I’ve spent most of my life in Scotland. But anyways, that and the light and tones of the beach I live next to are what inform the way I shoot and edit my work.
Solen is a French name that means ‘the sun’ so it’s in my actual DNA to shoot luminous, bright, airy, light shots*.
Edinburgh city centre elopement, a Humanist ceremony in a gothic courtyard followed by a pub crawl. Fancy it? I know all the best spots…The Elopement Society is a collaborative offering of bespoke elopements in Edinburgh and along the East Lothian coast.
We aren’t a traditional wedding planner business so we don’t charge the rates they do, we just offer our contacts and local knowledge with your ideal day in mind. Not all of our suppliers are based in the wedding industry, they’re all local independent creatives with a focus on working in sustainable ways.
